One educator, small classes, and real individual attention for every learner
With a BSc of Science in Mathematics and Science, combined with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), I bring a unique and thoughtful approach to teaching that extends beyond the boundaries of the textbook.
I am naturally a creative person and believe that true understanding of Mathematics and Science requires creative thinking. For me, creativity means thinking outside the box, recognizing patterns, and discovering new ways to solve problems. It's about the ability to combine logical thinking with imagination. My mission as a tutor is to help students understand why things work, not just how, and to build confidence and a lasting love for learning.
Every student has the potential to excel. Sometimes they just need the right guidance to unlock it.

Your Dedicated Educator
Passionate about transforming lives through education. My goal is to help every student discover their potential and develop a genuine love for learning.
Every session builds on what your child is currently learning at school. I take the topics they're covering in class and create exam-level worksheets that push their understanding deeper. The goal is to make sure they don't just memorise steps, but truly understand the work.
I work through an example first so the concept is clear. Then learners get time to try problems on their own. While they work, I walk around the room and help each student individually. I can see exactly where they get stuck and guide them through it on the spot. This is why classes are capped at 6.
Every week, learners write a short test (5-10 minutes) on the topics we've covered. Over time, these tests show me exactly where each learner's strengths and gaps are. I also give homework between sessions to keep the practice going. Parents get updates via WhatsApp and phone when needed.
Many students learn a topic in school and understand the examples, but then get stuck when they try the homework alone. That's the gap I fill. Real understanding comes from doing the work yourself with the right support beside you. My job is to be that support.

While learners work through problems, Danicka moves around the room helping each one. She spots mistakes in real time and guides students through them on the spot.

Real questions from real parents. Here's what you need to know.
Yes, and you won't have to guess. Learners write short weekly tests (5–10 minutes) on the topics they're working through. Over time, these tests show Danicka exactly where each learner's gaps are and how they're progressing. She also gives homework between sessions so learners keep practising. You'll see the improvement in their results, and Danicka keeps you updated via WhatsApp or phone so you always know how your child is doing.
It's never too late. Many learners arrive feeling overwhelmed, especially in Grade 11 and 12. Through the weekly tests and one-on-one attention during class, Danicka quickly spots what's been missed. She fills those gaps while keeping up with what your child is currently learning at school. With maximum 6 learners per class, no one gets left behind.
Danicka builds on what your child is learning at school. She works through an example to make sure the concept is clear, then gives learners time to try problems on their own using exam-level worksheets she's prepared. While they work, she walks around the room and helps each student individually. This is the key part: she can see exactly where each learner gets stuck and guide them through it in the moment. It's not just watching someone solve problems on a board. Real understanding comes from doing the work yourself with the right support. Sessions also include a short weekly test (5–10 minutes) to track progress.
Danicka communicates with parents via WhatsApp and phone calls. She doesn't want to be an admin burden, but she does want you to feel that your child is well looked after. The weekly tests give a clear picture of progress over time, and if something needs attention, she'll reach out to discuss it and suggest next steps. You're never left wondering.
One lesson per week is R780/month for Grade 8–10 or R880/month for Grade 11–12. Most families choose both Maths and Physical Sciences together for R1,300/month (Grade 8–10) or R1,480/month (Grade 11–12), which saves up to R280 every month. Exam prep sessions are always included at no extra charge.
Danicka is the owner and the tutor, so she teaches every single class herself. Classes are capped at 6 learners because individual attention is the whole point. While learners work through problems, Danicka moves around the room helping each one personally. She sees where they get stuck, corrects misunderstandings on the spot, and adjusts her approach for each student. She also prepares exam-level worksheets based on what's being taught at school, gives homework between sessions, and tracks progress with weekly tests. Parents get updates via WhatsApp when needed. It's one dedicated educator who knows your child by name.
